Welcome! I am the owner and instructor for Boot Camps of San Diego. I have been in the fitness industry for 15 years. From my early days in aerobics, my passion for fitness started in a group environment where motivating and helping people change their lives was more rewarding than anything I had ever done. After teaching in multiple health and fitness clubs in many cities, I spent several years managing a private health club where I was able to utilize my experience to further develop programs that integrated group training and client relationships.
Through my years of teaching in a group environment I have learned one very important rule for success; groups offer a strong support system and there are strength in numbers. A group of individuals all trying to reach the same goals is a guaranteed combination for success. Not only will you have a great motivator but a group of people who will support and encourage you along the way and help you realize you’re not alone in this... we are all in it with you!
While living in Santa Barbara, CA I was able to take my love of group training outdoors for clients and create a unique training experience working with ‘Body Bootcamp of Santa Barbara' and now I am pleased to offer that same dynamic training program to San Diego.
I am certified to provide the required safe and successful training while in Boot Camps of San Diego programs. This training is coupled with my sincere belief that the most important factor in changing people’s lives is to constantly keep them motivated, challenged and believing in themselves. My passion is to make it all about you! Change is never easy but there is no reason it can’t be fun and rewarding and in this personalized training environment you will find an exceptional support system along the way helping YOU find your Fitness!
